You can track your Order Status at any time using our tracking system. To access your order you will need to enter the email address used to place the order as well as your PIN Number. Your PIN Number can be found in the email that was sent to you when you placed your order.
We ship all tickets exclusively via FedEx. Shipping via FedEx is secure and safe for both the ticket buyer and seller. Shipping through FedEx and requiring a signature allows us to ensure that the tickets we sell have arrived to the proper recipient, and ticket buyers can track the progress of the package.
Customers can easily track the status of their shipment via FedEx if the tickets have already shipped. Once you place your order and your tickets are shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Sometimes tickets will not ship immediately because we do not have them "in hand". It is important to note that our delivery options are based on the date the tickets are ready to ship out, rather than the day that they are purchased. If it is three days prior to the event and tickets still have not been delivered, please contact us at 732.767.1100 so we can ensure you receive your tickets.
